BY BOOKING ANY SERVICE WITH LEUX LENS MEDIA, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE POLICY AGREEMENT
“Provider” = Leux Lens Media and its Owner
”Client” = Person or Persons acquiring Provider’s services
Leux Lens Media reserves the right to deny services at any time.
- DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS:
- All payments are made through Pixieset online service. Payment is available with debit/credit card or any service compatible through Pixieset’s software. 50% of the package price is due as a non-refundable deposit/retainer upon booking to fairly compensate Provider for committing to provide services and turning down other potential projects/clients.
- For example, if Package B is $160, $80 is due to be put onto the calendar and $80 will be due the day of the appointment.
- Appointments will not be confirmed on the Provider’s calendar until the deposit is received through Pixieset.
- If any additional services are accrued prior to or during the scheduled booking, the client will receive an update on the additional costs for payment.
- All payments are made through Pixieset online service. Payment is available with debit/credit card or any service compatible through Pixieset’s software. 50% of the package price is due as a non-refundable deposit/retainer upon booking to fairly compensate Provider for committing to provide services and turning down other potential projects/clients.
- TRAVEL:
- If the location of choice is over 30 minutes from Atlanta, GA, there will be an additional travel fee added to the package price. This fee is dependent on the exact location.
- If the booking has multiple locations, they should be no more than 15 minutes away from each other.
- Locations greater than 15 minutes away from each other will result in an extra travel fee of $15.
- LATE FEE:
- Being more than 30 minutes late will result in a cancellation of the shoot. The duration of the shoot may not be adjusted and the client will not be refunded.
- An additional $15 will be charged if the client is greater than 15 minutes late.
- SCHEDULED TIME:
- Please book at least 5 days before the desired shoot date. An additional $15 fee will be charged for booking less than 5 days in advance.
- Time spent setting up props, background, getting dressed, hair/makeup, etc, will be deducted from the time listed in the purchased package. However, travel time between locations is not deducted.
- Time listed in the package price is approximate (appointments may not require all of the time listed to achieve desired results). No refund will be given for unused time.
- An additional fee will be charged for any time spent past the time purchased in package.
- STUDIO:
- Does the package include a studio? There will be an additional fee charged to the package price. This fee is used to rent out the studio space per hour. The studio location and time are dependent upon studio schedule, props, etc.
- The studio will be booked once the non-refundable deposit is received. Once the studio is booked, the client will be updated on the location and time of the shoot.
- $15 will be charged for any background colors added to the package or those other than black or white. **subject to change depending on availability
- To ensure the safety of everyone and prevent the spread of transmissible diseases, like COVID-19, only one guest (outside of those included in the session) is allowed.
- PHOTOS:
- Clients do not receive all of the photos taken during the session, only the number purchased in their package (or any additional photos purchased).
- ALL photos are digital.
- Clients do not receive RAW images (unedited photos) unless pre approved by Provider.
- Every 2 additional images added to the package is $15.
- There is at least a 4 day turn around for clients to receive edited photos. A link will be sent to the desired email with the amount of photos purchased.
- VIDEOS:
- It is our duty to provide professional quality video of at least 1080p. Therefore, the Provider is not responsible for any decrease in quality due to the Client’s choice in uploading/downloading practices.
- For example, if the Client decides to upload their purchased photo or video to a social media platform and the video quality was reduced to 720p, the Provider is not liable nor will a refund be granted.
- It is our duty to provide professional quality video of at least 1080p. Therefore, the Provider is not responsible for any decrease in quality due to the Client’s choice in uploading/downloading practices.
- CANCELLATIONS:
- Bad Weather Only: If bad weather occurs (e.g, excessive rain, snow, etc.), photoshoot appointments can be rescheduled for another day with the same deposit, or the deposit can be refunded if a new appointment cannot be agreed upon.
- Failure to show up to the photoshoot appointment or canceling less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot will forfeit the deposit and possibly the ability to reschedule.
- A $15 fee will be charged to reschedule for reasons other than excessive weather.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
- Any and all products produced or created in connection with this Agreement, are expressly and solely owned by Leux Lens Media (and it’s owner) and may be used in the reasonable course of Provider business, including social media, marketing, etc.
- There shall be no creation, use, or exchange of the likeness of Leux Lens Media, it’s affiliates, or it’s products, including through the use of artificial intelligence, without the sole permission of the owner of Leux Lens Media.
- LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
- Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Provider and its affiliates, employees, agents and independent contractors for any loss, injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to Services and/or product(s) Provider provides to Client.
- Dissatisfaction with Provider’s aesthetic judgment or artistic ability are not valid reasons for termination of this Agreement or request of any monies returned.
- Failure to pay the remainder of balance and/or for additional fees acquired throughout services rendered, will result in the client not receiving the products in connection with this agreement and the deposit not refunded.
BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE POLICIES.
